Returns & Exchanges

At Just a moment..., we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange it. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
